CANCELLATIONS/FAULTY ITEMS/EXCHANGE POLICY
SALES:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, all sales are final.
EARRINGZ:
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earringz unless faulty. Accessories and clothing may be exchanged. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order if you have any problems. Our contact information can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page of our website.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanged items must have the original tags on and be in unworn, resellable condition. We suggest trying on shoes in a carpeted area so as to not scuff them. We can exchange items for the same product in a different size (stock depending) or offer store credit via a gift code.
We do not offer monetary refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund should the item returned appear to have been used or worn.
